All items purchased at our retail store and online are not refundable, goods can be exchanged within 7 days with the original receipt and in original condition. The items returned must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, and ALL labels and tags must be intact. We will NOT be able to accept returns/exchanges for all face masks, made-to-measure items, customised items and items purchased on sale or with store credit/discount codes. All sales merchandise is Final Sale.
