Hi-Summer Cruise 2013 Collection – Audrey at Tiffany’s

It is happening yet again. This time, at Tiffany’s!

Triologie is totally inspired by the legendary style icon this season – Audrey Hepburn. So Audrey Hepburn meets the great the French couturier Hubert de Givenchy, having breakfast at Tiffany’s, perhaps?

Triologie can only attempt to capture Audrey’s style and be inspired by her timeless grace and elegance. Expect the unexpected little surprises in each capsule, whether a contrast fabric, trim or an occasional smocking detail or pleat, which are true to the brand’s DNA. Triologie continues to have something for every body shape, but less is more?

The season is presented in 5 capsules portraying the naivety and eccentricity of a society girl set in the late 50s and early 60s:

H. A. Y.

The season opens with the three key silhouettes for the season – H.A.Y which is interpreted in shirt dresses, ballerina wraps and relaxed sheaths. Inspired by Dior’s creation of the “New Look”, designs were more intricate and detailed, the concept behind it all was feminine fabrics, details, highlighted waists and fuller skirts which defines a 1950s silhouette.

Audrey “Happens”

The season’s inspiration of a film legend and her reverence as a fashion icon, Audrey Hepburn speaks simple elegance and chic.; Simple slashed necklines with bell sleeves, or shell top embellished with a bow. This capsule defines the true meaning of Less is More!

Vogue Chic

The name of the capsule says it all! Expect bow collars, draped sleeves, and lots of dresses!

Rebel Rebel

This capsule is all about textures and contrast, hence rebel! Mix androgynous shirtings with lace, geometry with florals; structure with drapes; sheer and opaque.

I Love Lucy, I Really Do!

Most of us are familiar with Lucille Ball in the 1950′s classic TV Show, I Love Lucy. Her curly red hair, bright red lips and feminine sense of style won America over and still has a huge fan base to this day. Expect lots of colour, and quirky details in this fun capsule to end the season!
